This Application is for NEW STUDENTS ONLY!
(Current families, please log into your family portal account.)

Incoming Kindergarteners MUST be 6 years old by December 31st of the current year for which they wish to apply.

Welcome to Ooltewah Adventist School's Online Application. We have designed our online application process to make applying as simple as possible. Please note that this is an application only and does NOT guarantee your child's enrollment at OAKS.

Creating an Online Application

To begin the Online Application process, select the Create an Account link from the above menu. Once you complete this form, you will receive an email to verify your account.

When your account has been verified, you may log into your account to create a new student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging into your account. There you will be able to monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms, and if necessary print the supplemental forms needed.
